Hello, I’m Veronica, and I am excited to welcome you to Grounded Wellbeing. With a background as a Certified Holistic Mind & Body Wellness Coach, Certified Fitness Coach, Human Resource Specialist, and passionate advocate for human wellness, I bring both expertise and empathy to my work. I have a genuine curiosity for understanding the depth of what it means to be human, and my heartfelt mission is to support you on a meaningful journey towards holistic wellness - where mind, body, and spirit find true balance.
